POWDERBROWS

Powderbrows

Powderbrow is a new semi-permanent makeup technique. With the help of the PMU machine you get a soft and natural powder effect, which fades from light to dark (also called ombre brows). The powderbrow technique is suitable for all skin types. The eyebrows need a touch-up after 1,5 years.

WHAT ARE POWDERBROWS?

Together, we talk about all your wishes and I’ll advise you on some perfect eyebrow shapes. After this, I start with the brow mapping. I measure everything in order to create the ideal eyebrows that fit the contours of your face, whether those are bushy eyebrows, thin eyebrows or thick eyebrows. I design them according to the wishes we discussed. The treatment doesn’t hurt but can be felt; it has been compared to removing hair from the eyebrows.

Ombré powder brows last an average of 1.5 years if the aftercare instructions are followed. It is important to follow all the advice of our staff after the treatments, that way you can enjoy your permanent make-up longer. You will receive a card with aftercare instructions after each treatment, or you can read them online here .

FOR WHO IS PERMANENT MAKEUP FOR THE LIPS INTENDED?

Deepliner

Deepliner

Deepliner is a semi-permanent make-up technique that is applied with a nano-needle. A small line is tattooed on the eyelash edge. The treatment is considered not painful by most.

Keep in mind to bring a lens case if you wear lenses. This is because the lenses can’t remain in the eyes during treatment.

CAN THIS TREATMENT BE APPLIED TO EVERYONE?

CAN THIS TREATMENT BE APPLIED TO EVERYONE?

The deepliner treatment cannot be used on pregnant women, hepatitis patients, diabetes patients, patients with cardiovascular disease and people who are using blood thinners. There has to be four weeks between the use of Roaccutane and the treatment.

CAN THIS TREATMENT BE APPLIED TO EVERYONE?

For most, the eyes are only sensitive and swollen for the first few hours after the treatment (maximum one day). If you have extremely sensitive skin it can take up to three days. This is a rare occurrence though.

ARE THE EYES SWOLLEN AFTER THE TREATMENT?

The visual effect of the treatment differs per person and per skin type. This may be shorter if you have extremely oily skin, bled quickly or a lot during the treatment, are very blonde, have had a light color applied or if you have ever used permanent make-up.

  • Very oily skin: up to 6 months.

  • Oily to normal skin: 10-14 months.

  • Dry to very dry skin: 18-24 months

WHEN IS IT NOT POSSIBLE TO UNDERGO TREATMENT?

While laser removal is often an effective treatment for PMU removal, the laser is scary for some people. In addition, the laser technique is not effective on all colors and not applicable to some skin tones. Non-laser removal however, shows result on all skin tones and colors.
